Máté Olti is the Commercial Attaché of the Embassy of Hungary in Mexico City, also responsible for bilateral scientific, environmental, and agricultural relations. After working at the Permanent Mission of Hungary to the United Nations in New York, the Hungarian Embassy in Spain, and International Department of the Ministry of Public Administration and Justice, Hungary, between 2014 and 2016, he worked as international climate policy desk officer, then Head of Unit of the Climate Policy Department of the Ministry of National Development, Hungary. Between 2016 and 2020, he was senior consultant within the sustainability and climate change service line of Deloitte Hungary, after which he was the co-founder of Green Policy Center, a Central European Climate & Sustainability Think Tank.

 

Máté Olti was Fulbright Scholar at Seton Hall University in the USA, graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest as international relations expert (BA) and international relations analyst (MA) with specializations in the EU and diplomacy and became an International Economist (MA) with specialization in international business at Szent István University.
