The Deputy Secretary General Kristi Talving co-ordinates the development, implementation, and monitoring of development plans affecting the functioning of the internal market in the government of the ministry. The Deputy Secretary General organises the development of internal market as a whole, organises protective measures in foreign trade activities and is also responsible for establishing and protecting the Government's positions in the European Union's legislative procedure.
