Ewelina Kasprzyk has been associated with the Kosciuszko Institute since February 2020, where she is engaged, among others, in the organization of the European Cyber Security Forum - CYBERSEC, and the coordination of the CASPA project (Cyber Aware Students for Public Administrations), which is co-financed by the EU Erasmus+ programme. She is also responsible for leading the Institute's activities at the organisation of IGF 2021 in Katowice. Since September 2020, she has been the Executive Editor of the European Cybersecurity Journal—a specialist publication on cybersecurity published by the Institute since 2015.
Her research interests include the impact of technology on societies, in particular the role of social media and platforms in shaping the political landscape and democracy, as well as internet governance, cyber diplomacy, and digital transformation.
She obtained an MA degree in American Studies and an MSc in International Relations (speciality: Strategic Studies) at the Faculty of International and Political Studies of Jagiellonian University.
