Supersonic Flight -- Innovation, Impact, and Opportunity
about
Vik Kachoria is CEO and President of Spike Aerospace which is designing the world's first QUIET supersonic business jet, the Spike S-512. Mr Kachoria is a seasoned executive with over 35 years international business experience in corporate development, general management and mergers & acquisitions with Fortune 50 and early stage ventures. He has assisted in raising capital, led integration efforts and evaluated numerous mergers & acquisition deals between $200m-$3b.
Early in his career, he worked at NASA and General Electric Aircraft Engines. He has also conducted research at NASA and MIT on the Solar-Terrestrial Magnetosphere and designed an early pattern recognition software. He built a prototype of a Mag Lev train in the 80s, contributed to a proposal on asteroid mining and investigated anti-particles/anti-gravity. He currently serves as an advisor or investor in several early stage technology companies. Mr. Kachoria has a pilot’s license and is working towards his commercial rating.
He studied at MIT Sloan School of Management and Boston University, has an MBA and a BA in Physics and Mathematics.
